  The Application Process: Step 1

The Points Calculator enables you to take the first step to become a CTP.  The Calculator provides a framework for an initial check of your eligibility - a  minimum 400 points is required to continue with your application.  However, recording such a score does not in itself guarantee progression to CTP status.  You will need subsequently to provide all required documentation to an assessing organisation, which will determine your eligibility.

Click here for more information on what makes up 400 points, or click on the help button next to each Exposure area.

Address each of the Exposure areas and select the level of points that you consider appropriate to your experience, education and training, and professional involvement.  A total of 400 points or above at the bottom of the Calculator means that you can move on to the second step in the application process.  Then click on the 'Save' button to provide your personal details to the organisation that you nominate to undertake detailed assessment  of your application.
